Recently the Politics of Pakistan has taken place in the framework of a federal republic, where the system of government has at times been parliamentary, presidential, or semi-presidential. In the current semi-presidential system, the President of Pakistan is the head of state, the Prime Minister is head of government, and there is a multi-party system. Executive power is exercised by the government. Legislative power is largely vested in the Parliament.
I think that..... there are lot of people dependent on that man's restoration... It can do that....!

Well this remains to be seen, but one thing is for sure this restoration of the CJ will certainly act as a huge step towards ensuring that the judicial system works independently..
ReplyDeleteI agree with omer but i dont think that one should keep hopes up due to what we have seen in history...
ReplyDeleteI think we all should be very proud of having restored the one good man who has ignited at least a spark of hope for justice in Pakistan, now that the CJ knows that the people are behind him for the good of the Justicvre system of Pakistan, his conscious will never let him go againstt the law and will keep him working for the supremacy of law in Pakistan and against most injustices being committed in this nation of bereaved poor people whice rights have not been cared for and trodded over very badly.
